Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 5-7 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Unworn items with original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Final-sale items are marked as such on the product page and are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Sign in to your account and open the order from your order history, or email returns@houseofhaverford.com with your order number.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges — return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you'd like.
